It combines the day-to-day operational discipline of a managed service provider with consulting depth in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI and business process design.
Most IT providers stop at infrastructure: keep it patched, keep it up, answer the phone. Most consultants stop at advice and hand implementation back to you. We do both, which means recommendations are made by the same people who have to live with them.
That combination matters most where operations and technology meet — a plant floor, a warehouse, an ERP rollout, a second location opening — because those problems are never purely technical.

No. Manufacturing is a deep specialty, but a large share of our work is with legal, professional services, financial and advisory firms, and general small and mid-sized businesses.
Either model works. We fully manage environments with no internal IT, and we also work alongside internal staff — typically taking on monitoring, security, infrastructure and escalation while they handle floor-level support.
We are deep in the Microsoft stack because most of our clients run on it, but recommendations are made against the business requirement rather than a partner quota.
