Industrial Control Systems Support (PLC, HMI, Historian)

Keep the machine-side computers, networks, backups and interfaces running without becoming the machine vendor.

What control system support do you provide?

We support the IT infrastructure that industrial control systems depend on: the operating system on the engineering workstation, the network that reaches the PLC, the backups of controller programs and HMI images, the historian availability, and the remote access path. We do not write PLC logic or replace the machine vendor's domain expertise; we make sure the environment around the controller is stable, secure and recoverable.

Control systems support

The IT around the PLC, stable and recoverable.

We support the HMI PCs, networks, backups and vendor access paths that keep PLCs, HMIs and historians online — without becoming the machine vendor.

What we support

  • Windows-based engineering workstations and HMI PCs
  • Network reachability to PLCs, HMIs and drives
  • Backup and versioning of PLC programs and HMI projects
  • Historian server health, storage and retention
  • Industrial DMZ and vendor access paths
  • Patch coordination with vendor maintenance windows
  • Monitoring and alerting for control system hosts

What stays with the machine vendor

PLC logic changes, drive tuning, machine calibration and anything that touches the process control software are the vendor's responsibility. Our job is to make sure the vendor can reach the system safely, the backups exist before they make a change, and the network is not the reason the call starts with 'we cannot connect'.

Backups are a discipline, not a file copy

A controller program change without a backup is a single point of failure. We automate versioned backups of PLC and HMI projects so a rollback is possible, documented and fast.

Common questions

Straight answers, no sales theater.

Will you modify our PLC code?

No. We support the environment around it. If you need PLC programming, we coordinate with your machine builder or controls integrator.

How do you back up a PLC program?

Using the vendor's programming software or an automated agent, scheduled and versioned. We store the backups outside the control network and test that they can be opened.

Schedule an IT assessment.

We review your network, security posture, cloud tenant and recovery plan, then hand you a plain-language report of what we found and what it means for the business.
